Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:<ul><li>Manage the recruitment and selection process (job postings, screening, interviews, hiring).</li><li>Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.</li><li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes.</li><li>Monitor employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.</li><li>Coordinate training and development programs.</li><li>Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Support performance management processes.</li><li>Assist in creating a healthy and motivating work environment.</li></ul>Administration:<ul><li>Oversee daily administrative operations of the office.</li><li>Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.</li><li>Ensure maintenance of office infrastructure and facilities.</li><li>Liaise with vendors and service providers.</li><li>Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.</li><li>Maintain proper filing and documentation (both physical and digital).</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to support cross-functional administrative tasks.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.</li><li>Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>High level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How soon can you join us?
