Position Overview

The Showroom Wholesale Sales Executive is responsible for driving wholesale sales of silver jewellery through showroom visits, client relationship management, product presentation, and order negotiation. This role focuses on B2B clients such as retailers, boutique owners, exporters, and distributors, ensuring strong product knowledge, excellent service, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

  • Attend to walk-in wholesale clients in the showroom and present the full silver jewellery product range.
  • Generate new wholesale leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly wholesale sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on orders.
  • Maintain an updated understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers.
  • Provide clients with timely updates on new collections, promotions, and stock availability.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication at all times.
  • Handle client concerns, adjustments, and after-sales support.

3. Product Knowledge & Presentation

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of silver purity, craftsmanship, designs, making charges, and industry standards.
  • Display and merchandise jewellery in an attractive, organized manner for wholesale buyers.
  • Assist in inventory checks, tagging, and product categorization.

4. Order & Inventory Coordination

  • Process wholesale orders accurately and ensure timely dispatch.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for order fulfilment.
  • Monitor stock levels and provide input for replenishment.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain daily sales records, client visit logs, and follow-up reports.
  • Prepare and submit sales performance and pipeline reports to management.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in jewellery showroom sales, preferably in silver or precious metal wholesale.
  • Strong knowledge of jewellery categories: casting, handmade, oxidized, traditional, contemporary, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle B2B clients and high-value orders.
  • Basic computer skills: ERP, POS, MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail, professional appearance, and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in the jewellery industry (wholesale segment).
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages.
  • Understanding of market regions and retailer patterns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
