Your positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail will help us maintain a productive and welcoming workplace.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Greet visitors at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, providing excellent customer service</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools</li><li>Organize files, documents, and correspondence through effective filing systems&mdash;both physical and digital</li><li>Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events</li><li>Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking</li><li>Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and handling mail distribution</li><li>Support office management activities to ensure a clean, organized workspace conducive to productivity</li><li>Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism and provide customer support as needed</li><li>Perform general administrative duties such as typing correspondence, and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks</li><li>Perform dispatching in a fast pace setting</li></ul>&lt;Skills&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems</li><li>Strong computer literacy combined with exceptional data entry skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy in fast-paced environments</li><li>Knowledge of calendar management tools for scheduling appointments seamlessly</li></ul>Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents shine!
