<Duties>
- Greet visitors at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, providing excellent customer service
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools
- Organize files, documents, and correspondence through effective filing systems—both physical and digital
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events
- Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking
- Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and handling mail distribution
- Support office management activities to ensure a clean, organized workspace conducive to productivity
- Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism and provide customer support as needed
- Perform general administrative duties such as typing correspondence, and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks
- Perform dispatching in a fast pace setting
<Skills>
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Strong computer literacy combined with exceptional data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of calendar management tools for scheduling appointments seamlessly
