Apply today and be the driving force behind our success!Duties/Responsibilities Include:&middot; Leads Daily Management Process for the value stream. Develops team to capture reasons for daily &ldquo;misses&rdquo;, drives to root cause and implementation of fail-safe solutions. Measures continuous improvement success by long term trends and goal achievement.&middot; Manages and improves KPIs related to the value stream. Develops action plans to improve in order to achieve targets, tracks data, and reports monthly at review. Develops countermeasures as required by KPI process.&middot; Supports the Strategy Deployment process as required, including serving as &ldquo;action plan owner&rdquo; plus &ldquo;task owner&rdquo; as assigned by plans owned by others. Participates on monthly SD review process as required.&middot; Holds formal kaizen events to continually drive improvement.&middot; Manages all aspects of safety for the value stream.&middot; Responsible for managing / achieving operating budget and sales targets for all areas of responsibility.&middot; Keeps company commitments related to quality, delivery, and cost. Drives company initiatives related to growth and profitability.&middot; &ldquo;Lives&rdquo; the company values, leads others to do so, and addresses situations where company values may be jeopardized.&middot; Trains, develops, and evaluates staff. Ensures development of staff to meet business needs.
