Position Overview Entry-level management role responsible for assigning loads, supporting drivers, and coordinating daily freight operations. Acts as the main point of contact between drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure on-time, efficient service.Key Duties<ul><li>Schedule and assign loads based on driver availability, HOS, and customer needs.</li><li>Monitor driver progress, equipment status, and routing.</li><li>Communicate with drivers and customers throughout the shift to resolve issues and ensure service expectations.</li><li>Maintain accurate dispatch records, data entry, and system updates.</li><li>Coordinate with Maintenance on equipment repairs or availability concerns.</li><li>Anticipate customer load demands and plan accordingly.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proficient with Excel and computer systems.</li><li>Strong communication and multitasking skills.</li><li>Experience in logistics, dispatching, or transportation systems.</li><li>Knowledge of freight operations and supply chain basics.</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: $1,350.00 per weekEducation:<ul><li>Associate (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Tipton, CA 93272: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
