HR<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment process &mdash; job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).</li><li>Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime details.</li><li>Handle employee induction, ID cards, and joining formalities.</li><li>Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.</li><li>Support in performance appraisal and employee evaluation activities.</li><li>Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and attendance.</li></ul>Admin<ul><li>Manage office administration Maintenance of office premises and vendor coordination.</li><li>Supervise housekeeping and facility management.</li><li>Maintain company vehicle records, travel arrangements,</li><li>Manage company licenses, renewals, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.) in coordination with consultants.</li><li>Support management in organizing company events, meetings, and celebrations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,500.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
