Residential / Commercial construction or interior industry experience is must.
Onsite execution coordination through designs and detailed drawings related to Civil, architectural, Structural, interior, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Lift, Home theatre, Pool, Solar and its statutory knowledge is must.
Developing and mentoring the studio with timelines and targets as per systems and procedures.
Client management and conceptual development through AI 3D - presentations - animations (3Ds, Enscape, D5, Sketchup...etc).
