Job Title: Maintenance ManagerLocation: CalicutSalary: As per industry standardsJob SummaryThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical &amp; Plumbing), civil, electrical, and swimming pool maintenance activities to ensure the safe, smooth, and uninterrupted operation of all facilities, rides, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, team leadership, vendor coordination, statutory compliance, safety management, and efficient resource utilization.Key Responsibilities1. Maintenance Operations (MEP, Civil, Electrical &amp; Pool)Plan, schedule, and oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), civil, and pool maintenance activities.Ensure smooth functioning of all rides, machinery, electrical systems, water supply, drainage, HVAC, pumps, filtration systems, and swimming pools.Carry out and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical panels, motors, pumps, pipelines, civil structures, and pool equipment.Ensure proper water quality management, filtration, chemical dosing, and hygiene standards for swimming pools.2. Team Leadership &amp; Workforce ManagementLead, guide, and supervise the maintenance team including technicians, electricians, plumbers, mechanics, civil workers, and pool attendants.Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure quality and timely completion of work.Conduct regular training on technical skills, safety procedures, MEP systems, and pool maintenance practices.3. Safety, Statutory Compliance &amp; Risk ManagementEnsure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, statutory requirements, and local regulations.Maintain safety checklists, inspection records, permits, and compliance documentation.Conduct periodic safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections of electrical systems, civil structures, and pool areas.Implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate hazards and ensure guest and employee safety.4. Vendor, Contractor &amp; AMC CoordinationCoordinate with external vendors and contractors for civil works, electrical repairs, MEP services, pool maintenance, and AMC activities.Evaluate vendor performance, service quality, and cost effectiveness.Ensure timely completion of outsourced jobs and availability of materials and spare parts.5. Documentation, Reporting &amp; Inventory ControlMaintain detailed logs for maintenance schedules, breakdowns, repairs, and equipment performance.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for management review.Monitor spare parts, chemicals, tools, and consumables inventory; raise purchase requests when required.6. Budget &amp; Resource ManagementPlan and manage the maintenance budget covering MEP, civil, electrical, and pool operations.Optimize manpower, materials, and energy usage to control costs.Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising safety or service quality.QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / MEP Engineering or a related field.3&ndash;7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in amusement parks, resorts, hospitality, malls, manufacturing units, or similar environments.Strong working knowledge of MEP systems, civil maintenance, electrical installations, and swimming pool operations.Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred SkillsHands-on experience in ride maintenance and pool system operations (filtration, dosing, pumps).Knowledge of CMMS or maintenance management software.Ability to handle emergency breakdowns, work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person

The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and a safe, enjoyable experience for guests.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily operations and maintenance of water rides, wave pools, lazy rivers, filtration systems, and pump rooms.</li><li>Manage and monitor STP and WTP operations, ensuring water quality standards and pollution control norms are met.</li><li>Ensure proper functioning of water circulation, chlorination, filtration, and dosing systems.</li><li>Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for all mechanical, electrical, and civil assets.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and contractors for AMC, repairs, and statutory inspections.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, pollution control board norms, and local statutory regulations.</li><li>Maintain records related to water quality reports, chemical usage, energy consumption, and maintenance logs.</li><li>Lead and supervise technical teams including maintenance staff, operators, electricians, plumbers, and technicians.</li><li>Manage utilities such as power, water consumption, DG sets, pumps, and HVAC (if applicable).</li><li>Handle emergency situations such as equipment failures, water contamination, and safety incidents.</li><li>Support management during audits, inspections, and licensing renewals.</li><li>Prepare budgets and control costs related to maintenance and utilities.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of water theme park operations.</li><li>Hands-on experience with STP, WTP, pool filtration, and chemical dosing systems.</li><li>Understanding of mechanical pumps, motors, pipelines, and electrical systems.</li><li>Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental norms, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Excel, maintenance logs, reports).</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience in water parks, amusement parks, resorts, malls, or large hospitality facilities.</li><li>Exposure to pollution control board inspections and compliance documentation.</li><li>Experience managing high-capacity water treatment and recycling systems</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
