This role ensures the smooth functioning of rides, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure within the facility.Key Responsibilities1. Daily Maintenance Operations<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil areas.</li><li>Assign tasks to technicians and monitor progress throughout the shift.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of repair works, service tasks, and routine checks.</li></ul>2. Equipment &amp; Ride Maintenance<ul><li>Conduct regular inspections of rides, equipment, pumps, generators, HVAC systems, and utility lines.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns promptly to avoid operational disruptions.</li><li>Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed strictly.</li></ul>3. Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Enforce all safety standards and protocols during maintenance work.</li><li>Ensure technicians use proper tools, PPE, and follow safety guidelines.</li><li>Identify potential hazards and take corrective action immediately.</li></ul>4. Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Coordinate with operations, electrical, mechanical, and facility teams for maintenance requirements.</li><li>Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and checklists.</li><li>Report major breakdowns, repeated issues, and material requirements to management.</li></ul>5. Inventory &amp; Material Management<ul><li>Monitor maintenance materials, tools, spare parts, and raise purchase requests when necessary.</li><li>Ensure proper storage and handling of tools and equipment.</li></ul>6. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, team leadership, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and resource management.Key Responsibilities1. Maintenance Operations<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and oversee daily maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical, and civil).</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of all rides, equipment, machinery, utilities, and facilities.</li><li>Conduct timely preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns.</li><li>Monitor and troubleshoot machinery issues and ensure quick resolution.</li></ul>2. Team Leadership<ul><li>Lead, guide, and supervise the maintenance team (technicians, electricians, mechanics).</li><li>Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure work quality.</li><li>Conduct training sessions to enhance technical skills and safety awareness.</li></ul>3. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain logs for maintenance activities, breakdown records, and equipment performance.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance reports for management review.</li><li>Track spare parts inventory and raise purchase requests as needed.</li></ul>6. Budget &amp; Resource Management<ul><li>Manage maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and material usage.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;7 years of experience in maintenance management (preferably in amusement parks, manufacturing units, hospitality, or similar industries).</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.</li><li>Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Hands-on experience with ride maintenance (if applicable).</li><li>Knowledge of CMMS or maintenance management software.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
