If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about leveraging digital tools to generate impactful results, this is the opportunity for you to make a significant impact.What Success Looks Like<ul><li>You create ad campaigns that consistently generate qualified leads or direct sales.</li><li>You design funnels and landing pages that convert traffic efficiently.</li><li>You continuously analyze, optimize, and scale successful campaigns.</li><li>You help build a measurable, predictable system for customer acquisition.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Paid Advertising</li><li>Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation and direct sales.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and copy to maximize ROI.</li><li>Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.</li><li>Funnel Creation &amp; Optimization</li><li>Design and implement high-converting funnels (opt-ins, lead magnets, sales pages, thank-you pages, and automated email sequences).</li><li>Use tools like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Leadpages, Unbounce, or WordPress to create optimized user journeys.</li><li>Develop persuasive sales copy and structure CTAs to convert cold traffic into paying clients.</li><li>Website &amp; Landing Page Strategy</li><li>Create and optimize landing pages for lead capture and conversion.</li><li>Ensure a smooth, intuitive user experience (UX) aligned with brand voice and goals.</li><li>Collaborate on visuals, layout, and structure to reduce friction and increase conversions.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting</li><li>Set up and monitor tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, CRM integrations).</li><li>Provide clear performance reports and actionable insights.</li><li>Continuously refine campaigns to improve lead quality and cost per acquisition (CPA).</li><li>Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.</li><li>Implement marketing automation tools to nurture leads through personalized email campaigns and drip sequences.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, social media management, and emerging advertising platforms to keep strategies innovative and competitive.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of campaigns, budgets, performance metrics, and ROI for reporting purposes.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>3+ years experience in digital marketing, specifically in Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) advertising.</li><li>Proven track record of building high-converting funnels and landing pages that generate measurable results.</li><li>Proficiency in ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Leadpages, WordPress, or similar funnel-building platforms.</li><li>Strong knowledge of conversion copywriting and consumer psychology.</li><li>Experience with email automation platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, etc.).</li><li>Solid understanding of tracking, analytics, and retargeting strategies.</li><li>Ability to design and execute lead magnet campaigns (free guides, eBooks, webinars, etc.) that feed into a nurture sequence.</li><li>Strong proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, Google Ads/AdWords, Facebook Advertising Manager, and marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation workflows.</li><li>Demonstrated success managing paid campaigns across social media platforms and search engines with measurable results.</li><li>Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates and content publishing.</li><li>Creative problem-solver who thrives on optimizing for performance and ROI.</li><li>Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads.</li><li>Graphic design or video editing abilities for ad creative.</li><li>Hands-on experience with content creation including copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite), HTML/CSS basics, JavaScript or SQL is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and B2B marketing strategies is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions; experience with performance marketing metrics is essential.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: &#8377;6,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 20 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Meta Ads : 3 years (Required)</li><li>Lead generation sales: 2 years (Required)</li><li>funnel marketing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>
