This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while making a tangible impact on our digital presence.Duties<ul><li>Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, utilizing tools such as SEO tools and marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Conduct thorough keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings across all content.</li><li>Manage social media marketing efforts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok through social media management tools.</li><li>Create engaging content including on-site video and photos, captions, blog posts, email campaigns, and multimedia assets using Canva, and content management systems like WordPress.</li><li>Execute targeted advertising campaigns via Facebook Advertising, and SEM techniques to maximize reach and conversions.</li><li>Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; generate reports to inform ongoing optimization efforts.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all digital channels.</li><li>Manage email marketing campaigns through automation tools like Mailchimp; segment audiences for personalized messaging that nurtures leads and retains customers.</li><li>Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO algorithms, and social media updates.</li><li>Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, enhancing user experience on online stores, and integrating analytics for performance insights.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking, or Moz; familiarity with keyword research techniques is essential.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles combined with hands-on experience in content creation and copywriting for digital platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite) and advertising tools including Facebook Business Manager.</li><li>Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for graphic design; experience with content creation for digital campaigns is required.</li><li>Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems for website updates and blog management.</li><li>Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or Sprout Social; familiarity with SQL or JavaScript is a plus for advanced tracking or customization tasks.</li><li>Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot; understanding of marketing automation workflows is beneficial.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic website adjustments; knowledge of performance marketing strategies is advantageous.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills tailored for B2B marketing audiences; ability to craft compelling messages that convert leads into customers.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage projects while meeting deadlines.</li></ul>SummaryJoin our team as a Digital Marketer where your creativity meets strategy! There is one onsite hour in our clinic twice a month to create video content, scheduled at mutually convenient times.This position comes with growth opportunity.
