Duties
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, utilizing tools such as SEO tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings across all content.
- Manage social media marketing efforts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok through social media management tools.
- Create engaging content including on-site video and photos, captions, blog posts, email campaigns, and multimedia assets using Canva, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Execute targeted advertising campaigns via Facebook Advertising, and SEM techniques to maximize reach and conversions.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; generate reports to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all digital channels.
- Manage email marketing campaigns through automation tools like Mailchimp; segment audiences for personalized messaging that nurtures leads and retains customers.
- Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO algorithms, and social media updates.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, enhancing user experience on online stores, and integrating analytics for performance insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking, or Moz; familiarity with keyword research techniques is essential.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles combined with hands-on experience in content creation and copywriting for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite) and advertising tools including Facebook Business Manager.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for graphic design; experience with content creation for digital campaigns is required.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems for website updates and blog management.
- Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or Sprout Social; familiarity with SQL or JavaScript is a plus for advanced tracking or customization tasks.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot; understanding of marketing automation workflows is beneficial.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic website adjustments; knowledge of performance marketing strategies is advantageous.
- Strong copywriting skills tailored for B2B marketing audiences; ability to craft compelling messages that convert leads into customers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage projects while meeting deadlines.

This position is almost entirely remote and flexibly scheduled. There is one onsite hour in our clinic twice a month to create video content, scheduled at mutually convenient times.
This position comes with growth opportunity. In addition to the base pay, there is bonus commission based on generating new patient appointments.
