KJUS | eCommerce Merchandiser Analyst

Develop merchandising strategies that increase conversions and engagements. Achieve sales targets, drive a best-in-class experience on KJUS.com, proactively lead efforts for creative solutions and enhancements to user experience. Grow our e-commerce business in North America and Europe while elevating the customer journey. This position will report directly to the eCommerce Manager.
Responsibilities:
Website Management and Content Creation (80%)
<ul><li>Manage merchandising plans and activities to maximize DTC sales, sell-thru, margin, and inventory turnover by utilizing analytics and collaborating with colleagues across functions
</li><li>Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, presentation, and promotion on the e-commerce platform
</li><li>Handle website product content, manage the launch of KJUS products globally, and streamline accurate product catalog input while optimizing content quality to attract new customers and convert them into purchases
</li><li>Drive a best-in-class experience on KJUS.com, proactively leading efforts for creative solutions and enhancements to user experience and customer journey
</li><li>Identify and implement improvements to website design, layout, and product descriptions to enhance the customer experience, with a high focus on improving conversion rates and average customer spend
</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, optimize product placement based on stock levels, and collaborate with E-Commerce Manager on product lifecycle management
</li><li>Assist in determining appropriate strategies to reduce returns and increase sales
</li></ul>Data and Reporting (20%)
<ul><li>Analyze online sales data, customer behavior, and website performance to identify areas for improvement
</li><li>Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identifies trends, and implements strategies to improve product visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance
</li><li>Assist in reporting and ad-hoc deep-dive analysis of user experience on KJUS.com
</li><li>Continuously audit the websites to ensure product and content integrity
</li><li>Work closely with partners in marketing, supply chain, and operations to support and optimize product lifecycle management
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or similar field. In lieu of a bachelor&rsquo;s degree, high school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience in eCommerce required
</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing with content creation, preferably with focus on catalog management and site merchandising
</li><li>Strong understanding of digital landscape (online merchandising, digital marketing, web development) and of the metrics that drive value in an eCommerce business (traffic, inventory, etc)
</li><li>Numeric and analytic aptitude, with proficiency in Excel
</li><li>Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar eCommerce platform
</li><li>Extended periods of time sitting and/or standing, occasional lifting
</li><li>Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
</li><li>A passion for outdoor sports industry

Salaried, Exempt
$60-72k plus 20% bonus; total comp $72k-86K plus commission incentive.
Responsible for direct communication with customers and consumers by providing superior sales services. Properly ensure consistent communication of products, programs, availability, and lead time information while coordinating special projects with the customer service team.
Responsibilities:
Account Management (50%)
<ul><li>Build and maintain active and close relationships with accounts in territory and provide highest customer support
</li><li>Manage and maintain database for all accounts assigned and act as customer service liaison for territory accounts
</li><li>Attend seasonal sales meetings &amp; sales retreats
</li><li>Support sales and other territory reps as necessary to provide event coverage in other regions
</li><li>Coordinate and support inside customer service and marketing team with quick responses in order to support seamless operations and top-level service of accounts
</li><li>Ensure that sales targets and tournament goals are met within territory in a sustainable manner
</li><li>Support merchandising and ensure that KJUS product at POS in store is looking premium and well-branded at all times
</li></ul>Account Development (50%)
<ul><li>Seek potential new distribution opportunities with viable clients that align with KJUS brand and business criteria, always planned and mutually decided with Western US Sales Manager &amp; Leadership team
</li><li>Execute seeding program in accordance with the KJUS guidelines
</li><li>Plan, execute, and attend customer and retail events including trunk shows, tournaments, and in-store selling to increase sales
</li><li>Actively represent brand at ski events and retail partner locations to increase brand awareness, sell-through, and account growth
</li><li>Provide regular feedback to US Sales Manager including weekly calls, planning discussions, and activity reports
</li><li>Conduct account analysis to effectively assist with digital order proposals and sell tournaments to accounts
</li><li>Manage territory with seasonal sell in &amp; in-season account support for both Golf &amp; Ski partners
</li><li>Attend tradeshows to introduce seasonal line to accounts and assist in merchandising and purchasing decisions
</li><li>Prepare for and host product knowledge trainings for accounts
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
</li><li>Minimum of 3 years-experience in sales or in a professional business environment
