Associate Manager Facilities and Maintenance

What You Will Be Doing

The Maintenance & Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing maintenance and facilities operations at the Lakeville Distribution Center to ensure safe, reliable, and cost‑effective performance. This role leads preventive maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, and vendor management while developing a high‑performing maintenance team aligned with distribution and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and prioritize preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and equipment improvements to ensure operational reliability.

  • Manage maintenance and facilities projects, set department goals, and coach employees to achieve performance, safety, and productivity targets.

  • Develop, manage, and control the maintenance budget, including operating costs, salaries, and overtime.

  • Supervise, train, and develop maintenance staff; ensure cross‑training and appropriate coverage to support business needs.

  • Oversee vendor relationships, including scheduling, contract management, service quality, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Distribution Operations, and Production to align maintenance priorities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Leader I or Maintenance Supervisor, Associate’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Team Leader I or Maintenance Supervisor, or
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Team Leader I or Maintenance Supervisor
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing maintenance, or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing maintenance

Pay Range: $83,849.00-$104,550.00
