 What we&rsquo;re looking for:

 Law degree or recognized legal training; bachelor&rsquo;s in law preferred.

 1&ndash;3 years&rsquo; experience as a paralegal, ideally in projects or corporate law.

Paralegal

 Key Responsibilities:

 Proven experience in mega-scale (preferably in substations and power generation).
 </li>

 EPC-side experience is mandatory / exposure as a developer/owner is an added advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert in Primavera P6 and related project control tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare comprehensive progress reports, S-curves, and manpower histograms for management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure smooth execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support risk management, recovery planning, and Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and comment on monthly progress reports from EPC contractors, focusing on contractual risks and schedule impacts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously monitor critical path activities, ensuring proper milestones and KPIs for early warnings to the project team.
 </li>

 Track project performance against baseline schedules and provide actionable insights.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 7 years of experience, including Senior planning roles in EPC projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in power generation, substations projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of EPC project lifecycles and delay analysis techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (spoken and written).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and EVM principles.

Senior Planning Engineer

 The Construction Manager is the first responsible for the performance of the technical staff on Site and delivers quality by:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Be fully aware of Power Purchase Agreement, EPC Contract, O&amp;M Agreement and various Project Agreements and manage the stakeholders effectively in line with the contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organizing the integrated site team in order to supervise the EPC Contractor&rsquo;s construction progress, quality of the works, including commissioning until COD (i.e. inspection witnessing, clearing punch list items, issuing mechanical completion certificates, turnover packages readiness, checking and implementing commissioning procedures&hellip;);
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures the EPC Contractor&rsquo;s compliance with all the site HSE rules and regulations at every stage of construction;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures the EPC Contractor&rsquo;s compliance in executing of the works with the approved Method Statements/ Risk Analyses and regulations at every stage of construction;
 </li>
 <li>
 Organization of the site lay-out, offices, storage area, etc.;
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists to the weekly site meetings, progress and/or discipline technical meetings with EPC Contractor;
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitors and check the EPC Contractors&rsquo; work across each discipline to ensure the timely delivery of the works;
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides the PD the inputs for the monthly progress reports, relevant information to check EPC Contractor invoices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verification of the site logbook managed by the EPC Contractor. Issue the O/OE logbook;
 </li>
 <li>
 In cooperation with the schedule engineer,
 </li>
 <li>
 follows up of the actual progress versus planned values,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures that the critical activities are executed according schedule, and looks for opportunities to create margin within the critical path.
 </li>
 <li>
 analyses the works and imposes optimizations towards the Contractor where possible
 </li>
 <li>
 evaluates and approves all recovery plan of the delayed activities to secure the overall schedule
 </li>
 <li>
 supports the schedule engineer in drafting the progress reports towards PD/EMD;
 </li>
 <li>
 Daily management of on-site technical personnel (hours present, leave, etc.) for the personnel reporting directly to him, in cooperation with HR manager
 </li>

 Key Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in any Civil Engineering OR any relevant discipline of Engineering is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 15 years of project management experience. With at least 8 years of experience into relevant technology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have strong EPC experience dealing with IPP projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in handling at least 2 large full cycle of projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Project Management Professional (PMP) OR equivalent certification is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have handled project of similar size and complexity, with a track record of at least one project construction completed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be knowledgeable on international standards, environmental legislation and 'best practice' in relation to construction
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 IT proficiency, in particular, MS Word, MS Excel, or similar

Power Plant Field Operator - O&M & Start-up

Overview Coal and Ash Desk Operator is responsible for all control room and field operations of Jetty, Coal Plant and Ash Plant. Supervise, control and coordinate jetty, coal plant and ash plant shift operational activities to ensure timely coal supply to the power plant and effective ash evacuation from the power plant in accordance with established schedules, quality, cost and time objectives. Responsible for safe start-up/shut down of the plant as per the Standard Operating Procedures.
