 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for an experienced
 
 HSE Supervisor
 
 to support, monitor, and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across our Wind Farm operations. The role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with legal, corporate, and contractual requirements while proactively preventing risks to people, assets, and the environment.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 HSE Operations &amp; Risk Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct daily HSE site inspections, audits, and safety tours.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks and hazards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support site studies such as E-HAZOP, Arc Flash, and similar risk assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure implementation of the permit-to-work system and safe isolation procedures.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 HSE Systems, Monitoring &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support implementation of the Plant&rsquo;s HSSE Management System in line with ACWA NOMAC standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor site HSE KPIs and report on performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare daily and monthly HSE reports, including incidents, observations, and corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use digital HSE tools such as Synergi Life, Mishkaty, or similar systems.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Training &amp; Safety Culture
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deliver and support HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and toolbox talks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise contractors on HSE standards and best practices.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Emergency Preparedness &amp; Incident Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support emergency response planning and conduct mock drills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond immediately to incidents following established emergency protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Stakeholder &amp; Compliance Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain effective relationships with regulators, emergency services, contractors, and lenders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support compliance with lender and regulatory HSE performance requirements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Resources &amp; Continuous Improvement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor PPE inventory and ensure timely availability of safety equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HSE change programs.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 
 Required:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, IEMA or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Membership in a recognized international HSE institution is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 6&ndash;10 years of HSE experience in Wind Farm Operations &amp; Maintenance or similar industrial environments.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Skills &amp; Competencies:

 Strong knowledge of local and international HSE standards and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to influence, engage, and manage diverse stakeholders.
 </li>

 Self-motivated, proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented.
 </li>
