 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a dynamic
 
 Product &amp; Marketing Manager
 
 who will drive product growth, brand positioning, and marketing strategies for AdCounty Media&rsquo;s digital and mobile advertising solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital performance marketing, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategy.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Product Management:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with tech and business teams to enhance existing products and develop new marketing solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather feedback from internal teams, clients, and partners to improve user experience and product performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Marketing &amp; Brand Strategy
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote AdCounty&rsquo;s products and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage content creation for marketing collaterals, website, social media, and campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the design and communication teams to ensure consistent branding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research and create data-driven marketing strategies to boost brand visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage event participation, PR activities, and partnerships to strengthen brand presence.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Performance &amp; Analytics
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track KPIs for both product and marketing initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare performance reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize marketing ROI through data analysis and automation tools.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 4&ndash;8 years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or performance marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of mobile marketing, ad tech, user acquisition, and growth marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
