About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Product & Marketing Manager who will drive product growth, brand positioning, and marketing strategies for AdCounty Media’s digital and mobile advertising solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital performance marketing, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management:

  • Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with tech and business teams to enhance existing products and develop new marketing solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Gather feedback from internal teams, clients, and partners to improve user experience and product performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote AdCounty’s products and services.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage content creation for marketing collaterals, website, social media, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design and communication teams to ensure consistent branding.
  • Conduct market research and create data-driven marketing strategies to boost brand visibility.
  • Manage event participation, PR activities, and partnerships to strengthen brand presence.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track KPIs for both product and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Optimize marketing ROI through data analysis and automation tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of mobile marketing, ad tech, user acquisition, and growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
