 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 ADA Yacht Works, a boutique luxury yacht builder based in Bodrum, is seeking a highly experienced, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to work in close coordination with the company&rsquo;s senior executive at our shipyard facility.
 
 
 This role requires a professional who can anticipate needs, manage priorities beyond standard office routines, and ensure the seamless coordination of the executive&rsquo;s professional responsibilities and time-sensitive arrangements, within a fast-paced and international environment.
 
 
 Previous experience in the yachting, marine, or luxury sectors is a strong advantage
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage the executive&rsquo;s daily agenda, meetings, and international travel
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle high-level correspondence and documentation in English and Turkish
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, track, and follow up on contracts, reports, presentations, and executive summaries
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate communication between suppliers, designers, shipyard teams, and senior management
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize logistics and arrangements for international visitors, owners, brokers, and yacht show events
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the executive in coordinating time-sensitive arrangements that require discretion and flexibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor priorities, deadlines, and action items to ensure seamless execution across all commitments
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a trusted point of coordination, ensuring the executive&rsquo;s time, focus, and daily flow are managed efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain absolute confidentiality and represent the executive and company at a senior professional level at all times
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Candidate Profile &amp; RequirementsBachelor&rsquo;s degree (Business, Communication, Marine, or related fields preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5+ years experience supporting a CEO, Board Member, or senior executive
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in MS Office and modern communication tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities with discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of trustworthiness, reliability, and professional judgment
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in yachting, marine, construction, or luxury industries is highly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable operating in a dynamic, international, and high-expectation work environment
 </li>
