About the Role

ADA Yacht Works, a boutique luxury yacht builder based in Bodrum, is seeking a highly experienced, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to work in close coordination with the company’s senior executive at our shipyard facility.

This role requires a professional who can anticipate needs, manage priorities beyond standard office routines, and ensure the seamless coordination of the executive’s professional responsibilities and time-sensitive arrangements, within a fast-paced and international environment.

Previous experience in the yachting, marine, or luxury sectors is a strong advantage

• Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage the executive’s daily agenda, meetings, and international travel
• Handle high-level correspondence and documentation in English and Turkish
• Prepare, track, and follow up on contracts, reports, presentations, and executive summaries
• Coordinate communication between suppliers, designers, shipyard teams, and senior management
• Organize logistics and arrangements for international visitors, owners, brokers, and yacht show events
• Support the executive in coordinating time-sensitive arrangements that require discretion and flexibility
• Monitor priorities, deadlines, and action items to ensure seamless execution across all commitments
• Act as a trusted point of coordination, ensuring the executive’s time, focus, and daily flow are managed efficiently
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and represent the executive and company at a senior professional level at all times

• Candidate Profile & RequirementsBachelor’s degree (Business, Communication, Marine, or related fields preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years experience supporting a CEO, Board Member, or senior executive
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and modern communication tools
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities with discretion
• High level of trustworthiness, reliability, and professional judgment
• Experience in yachting, marine, construction, or luxury industries is highly preferred
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, international, and high-expectation work environment
