Job Identification

We are looking for a Department Coordinator to be a part of our Sales team located in Antalya, Türkiye.


What We Expect

  • Monitoring regional supplier invoice processes through SAP and guiding managers and ensuring coordination with purchasing,
  • Tracking document processes that facilitate workflow between the sales centers/distributors and other departments, creating forms, and tracking the approval process,
  • In the areas of responsibility, (monthly sales bonus information, organizational information, attendance and annual leave information, trainings v.b.) providing support for planning, organization, and follow-up,
  • Assisting in the administrative processes for competitions and incentives at national and local levels,
  • Supporting the organization and coordination of place, transportation, and accommodation arrangements for meetings in the region,
  • Supporting the timely consolidation and reporting of required reports,
  • Supporting the sales team with travel planning, organization, and daily agenda/calendar tracking, information requests, appointment arrangements, and expense tracking and control,
  • Active participation in the preparation of presentations for Sales Managers


Capabilities

  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
  • Preferably with experience as a Department/Executive Assistant,
  • Good verbal and written communication skills,
  • Preferably with intermediate or higher level English proficiency,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP programs,
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills,
  • Resident of/able to reside in Antalya
