 Mission Statement
 
 This position will be responsible for all activities pertaining to execution of production plan and ensuring finished goods&nbsp; , Raw Materials availability as per sales forecast.&nbsp;
 
 Main Responsibilities
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execution &amp; compliance of production plan at the respective Plant in line with plan issued by National Planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Master Production Scheduling for RGB lines to maximize stock availability for all relevant SKUs
 </li>
 <li>
 Close coordination with production to ensure compliance of the PET Production Plan as issued by National Planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimizing downtimes by coordinating line activities such as maintenances, interventions etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring system utilization through close monitoring of production plan entry in SAP to subsequently run MRP
 </li>
 <li>
 Raw Material Planning through MRP &amp; ensuring that these are within Pre Defined Inventory Levels to meet Production Requirements. Plant Planner will be the MRP Controller of the respective plants &amp; responsible to run MRP, its usage to control raw materials and raise requisition,
 </li>
 <li>
 Close coordination with suppliers to ensure timely raw material availability
 </li>
 <li>
 Stock monitoring &amp; follow up / liaison with purchase &amp; warehouse to ensure availability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring and suggesting master data entries pertaining to MRP (max/min inventories, dynamic/static safety stocks)
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaison with HO Planning to ensure availability of all SKU&rsquo;s as per Territory Forecast. (Stock Transfer)
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring of KPI&rsquo;s (like raw material yields, SLE, cost etc.) &amp; achieving the targeted values
 </li>
 <li>
 Daily, monthly &amp; yearly reporting (DPR, MPR, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconciliation of various data sources to ensure accurate reporting (BASIS/SAP/Excel)
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination with Sales to manage Promo, Price Off, Discount etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring all Bills of Materials (BOMs) are up to date
 </li>
 <li>
 Development of new BOMs as per business requirements in coordination with Quality Assurance and National Planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and operate toll manufacturers as per company guidelines and set procedures
 </li>
 </ul>

 Support assessment of capability needs of Commercial through a robust TNA in close collaboration with on-ground sales teams to identify gaps that need to be filled to achieve functional objectives.

 Execute annual capability plan on ground in close collabration with &nbsp;line leaders &amp; HR teams in territory to enhance critical skills required to meet functional goals.
 </li>

 Deliver targeted training interventions based on 70-20-10 framework, leveraging technology and latest training methodologies to provide experiential learning to employees for fucntional &amp; leadership skills development.
 </li>

 Execute Core Commercial Programs and modules at territory level &nbsp;with a keen focus on training impact.
 
 Track &amp; report utilization of approved territory training budgets ensuring value addition to the organization through trained resources.

 Monitoring regional supplier invoice processes through SAP and guiding managers accordingly; ensuring coordination with the Purchasing department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking document processes that facilitate workflow between the sales center/dealers and other departments, creating forms, and following up on approval processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the planning, organization, and tracking of responsibilities within the scope (such as monthly incentive data, organizational information, timesheets and leave data, training organizations, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the execution of administrative processes for national and local competitions and incentive programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the organization and coordination of meeting venues, transportation, and accommodation for regional meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the timely consolidation and reporting of requested HQ reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting Sales &amp; Marketing teams in travel planning, organization, and daily agenda/calendar tracking, handling information requests, arranging appointments, and monitoring and controlling expenses.

 Actively supporting Sales &amp; Marketing managers in the preparation of presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the smooth operation of the responsible CCI office (coordination of cleaning, stationery needs, and effective tracking and management of office equipment, tools, and machines).

 Capabilities

 Graduate of relevant departments from universities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably experienced as a Department / Executive Assistant,
 </li>
 <li>
 Possessing strong verbal and written communication skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably having intermediate or higher-level English proficiency,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP programs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Having advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
