What We Expect

  • Monitoring regional supplier invoice processes through SAP and guiding managers accordingly; ensuring coordination with the Purchasing department.
  • Tracking document processes that facilitate workflow between the sales center/dealers and other departments, creating forms, and following up on approval processes.
  • Supporting the planning, organization, and tracking of responsibilities within the scope (such as monthly incentive data, organizational information, timesheets and leave data, training organizations, etc.).
  • Supporting the execution of administrative processes for national and local competitions and incentive programs.
  • Supporting the organization and coordination of meeting venues, transportation, and accommodation for regional meetings.
  • Supporting the timely consolidation and reporting of requested HQ reports.
  • Supporting Sales & Marketing teams in travel planning, organization, and daily agenda/calendar tracking, handling information requests, arranging appointments, and monitoring and controlling expenses.
  • Actively supporting Sales & Marketing managers in the preparation of presentations.
  • Supporting the smooth operation of the responsible CCI office (coordination of cleaning, stationery needs, and effective tracking and management of office equipment, tools, and machines).


Capabilities

  • Graduate of relevant departments from universities,
  • Preferably experienced as a Department / Executive Assistant,
  • Possessing strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Preferably having intermediate or higher-level English proficiency,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP programs,
  • Having advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
