Executive Assistant

DEVA is seeking for an "Executive Assistant" ;

• Graduation from university or associate degree,
• Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant job experience, Personal Assistant experience is a plus,
• Advanced command of both spoken and written English, German is a plus,
• Advanced in using MS Office applications,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Excellent coordination, problem solving, dealing and analytical thinking capabilities,
• Having excellent time management and organizational skills,
• Detail oriented, self-directed and multitasking,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assisting the executive role in reporting, presentations, organisations and daily businesses
• Handling internal and external communication, organising the agenda
• Managing all travel and accommodation bookings
• Coordinating the communication among divisions
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating arrangements for meetings
• Greeting, receiving and guiding visitors
