 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum10 years of experience in export operations, international trade, or supply chain management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably experienced in the pharmacy, chemical, manufacturing, or related industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing sea, air, land, and multimodal export shipments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledgeable about customs regulations, international trade legislation, and export incentives, with the ability to integrate legal requirements into operational processes

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end export operations, ensuring full compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time and accurate shipments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on export licenses, trade incentives, and customs procedures in line with applicable regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure operational excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain professional communication with international customers, agents, and logistics partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare relation report &amp; budget to management.
 </li>

 JOB DESCRIPTION

 Prepare, file, and manage national and international trademark applications and other IP related applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and track trademark portfolios, ensuring timely renewals and strategic alignment
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft pleadings related to litigations and attend hearings related to trademark and patent disputes before the Turkish courts
 </li>
 <li>
 Review, draft, and negotiate contracts related to IP rights, including licensing, co-existence, and confidentiality agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide legal support on IP-related matters across departments, including enforcement and litigation
 </li>
 <li>
 To coordinate and manage communications and workflows between the company and external trademark/patent attorneys and lawyers, both domestically and internationally
 </li>
 <li>
 To generate structured and trackable reports related to trademark filings and registrations
 </li>
 <li>
 To take part in international agreement negotiations, conduct and monitor discussions, and bring matters to resolution
 </li>
