JOB DESCRIPTION

1.       EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO GENERAL MANAGER

  • Executive Support & Executive Office Management

-Arrange domestic and international business trips, including travel itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and related logistics for the General Manager.

-Monitor and prioritize tasks, deadlines, and key projects assigned by the General Manager.

-Provide Turkish-Korean-English translation and interpretation support during meetings, business discussions, and official communications when required.

-Assist the General Manager in daily operational, administrative, and coordination activities to ensure efficient business operations.


2.      ADMINISTRATION TASKS

  • General Office Administration

-General office administration, including management of office contact databases, handling incoming and outgoing communications, and preparation and distribution of company-wide announcements.

  • Travel, Guest Relations & Protocol Services

-Provision of travel, accommodation, transportation, and protocol support services for employees, expatriate managers, and company guests, including flight and hotel bookings, car rental arrangements, VIP transportation services, coordination of company vehicle operations and driver schedules, and other related logistical support.

-Guest reception and hospitality services for company visitors, business partners, and VIP guests.

  • Expatriate Support Services

-Provision of expatriate support services, including housing contract management, daily life assistance, and Turkish-Korean translation and interpretation services.


3.      HR TASKS

  • Human Resources & Employee Administration

-Recruitment support, including candidate screening and interview coordination.

-Administration and monitoring of employee attendance, working hours, sick leave, and annual leave records, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with company policies.


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Mandatory).
  • Fluency and advanced proficiency in Korean, both written and spoken (Preferred).
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint (Mandatory).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt well to a team-oriented environment.
  • Valid Class B driver's license or willingness to obtain one in the near future (Preferred)
