CEO Office Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing for the meetings in terms of content and presentations;
  • Ensuring the executive is fully prepared for meetings with briefings and supporting documents
  • Managing and following up the task lists; attendance to meetings and recording the actions and tracking the delivery of tasks
  • Setting up executive-level meetings, creating and maintaining agendas
  • Designing and preparing analytical reports and dashboards
  • Acting as a point of contact between the executive and internal teams or external partners


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of total work experience (at least 2 years of experience in business analysis, strategy or CEO office)
  • Experience of directly reporting to and closely working with CEO/C-Suite and partnering lead team is a plus,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analyses demonstrated to transform complex data into basic visuals and reports,
  • Critical thinker, a data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines, and accomplish business objectives.
  • Results-oriented
