Overview Local growing tree service company seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set that includes administrative support, office management, and customer service. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring smooth communication within the team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall effectiveness of our organization. The position is currently in person 70% and 30% remote.Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer phone calls and handles customer relations.</li><li>Receiving payments from customers and managing accounts payable.</li><li>Onboarding new staff members.</li><li>Handle communication between city foresters and maintain positive relationships with external partners.</li><li>Process payroll and manage human resources tasks as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate bookkeeping and budgeting records to support financial operations.</li><li>Perform clerical duties such as filing and data entry</li><li>Obtain tree/parking permits in a timely manner.</li><li>Assist with marketing ideas and create marketing materials</li><li>Ensuring all proper licenses and insurance are renewed and up to date.</li></ul>Requirements - B.S. or 5 years of business administrative experience<ul><li>Able to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances with initiative</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and clients.</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software.</li><li>Knowledge of development practices to support business growth.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate strong phone etiquette while handling calls professionally.</li><li>Self motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses the skills outlined above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Northampton, PA 18067
