Stump Grinder for tree service - year round work

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Stump Grinder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping and tree service with the ability to operate grinding equipment effectively. This role is essential for maintaining the quality of our services in tree care. The Grinder will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of workmanship.

Duties

• Operate grinding equipment safely and efficiently to process tree debris and other materials.
• Perform tree trimming and care tasks as needed, ensuring proper techniques are applied.
• Assist with rigging operations for safe material handling during tree removal or maintenance projects.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members on landscaping projects, providing support in lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks.
• Apply knowledge of horticulture to enhance the quality of services provided.

Experience

• Previous experience in tree care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred.
• Familiarity with rigging techniques is a plus.
• A background in lawn care and landscape maintenance will be advantageous.
