 Work on creatives with a strong sense of design aesthetics and presentation.

 Coordinate with external agencies to streamline day-to-day activities and ensure timely delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with APSEZ&rsquo;s brand and business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use social media monitoring tools to track performance, engagement, and sentiment analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Digital Campaigns &amp; Brand Awareness
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and execute online campaigns to drive global brand awareness, affinity, and engagement.
 </li>

 Monitor campaign performance and optimize for desired results.

 Internal Communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft intranet updates, and internal announcements.

 Support leadership messaging and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

 Manage internal events such as town halls, employee engagement programs, and recognition initiatives.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration
 </li>

 Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, HR, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and integrated communication strategies.

 Website Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the revamp of APSEZ&rsquo;s website as part of the Digital Engagement Strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure content accuracy, user experience enhancement, and brand consistency.
 </li>

 Understanding Brand &amp; Business Together:
 </li>
 <li>
 Align all communication with APSEZ&rsquo;s vision, mission, and core values.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure messaging reflects business priorities (ports, logistics, sustainability, innovation).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain consistency across social media, website, and internal platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate complex business updates into simple, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Balance brand-building initiatives with business-driven campaigns for measurable impact.
 
 
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 6&ndash;10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Digital Communications, or Brand Communications.
 </li>
