Associate Manager - Corporate Communications

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
  • Create engaging content and draft compelling post copies for APSEZ’s social media platforms.
  • Work on creatives with a strong sense of design aesthetics and presentation.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to streamline day-to-day activities and ensure timely delivery.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with APSEZ’s brand and business objectives.
  • Use social media monitoring tools to track performance, engagement, and sentiment analysis
  • Digital Campaigns & Brand Awareness
  • Design and execute online campaigns to drive global brand awareness, affinity, and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for desired results.
  • Internal Communications
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Draft intranet updates, and internal announcements.
  • Support leadership messaging and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage internal events such as town halls, employee engagement programs, and recognition initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, HR, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and integrated communication strategies.
  • Website Management
  • Contribute to the revamp of APSEZ’s website as part of the Digital Engagement Strategy.
  • Ensure content accuracy, user experience enhancement, and brand consistency.
  • Understanding Brand & Business Together:
  • Align all communication with APSEZ’s vision, mission, and core values.
  • Ensure messaging reflects business priorities (ports, logistics, sustainability, innovation).
  • Maintain consistency across social media, website, and internal platforms.
  • Translate complex business updates into simple, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Balance brand-building initiatives with business-driven campaigns for measurable impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Digital Communications, or Brand Communications.
