Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Green Worms HO, Calicut

We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Executive who is eager to contribute actively to environmental and social impact. At Green Worms, we believe in making a positive difference, and our Digital Marketing Associate plays a crucial role in increasing our digital presence, showcasing our impact, and actively contributing to sales and partnerships through dynamic campaigns, social influence, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

1. Website:

  • Actively manage and optimize the company website.
  • Implement effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Handle website queries and lead management, utilizing tools for effective tracking and analysis.
  • Implement and manage website cookies in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Utilize tools for comprehensive website visitors tracking & analysis.

2 .Lead Generation:

  • Execute and optimize Search Engine Marketing (Google Adwords) campaigns, including keyword bidding and budget management.
  • Run LinkedIn Paid Adverts with a focus on lead forms, utilizing A/B testing for optimization.
  • Implement and manage cold emailing strategies, utilizing CRM tools for tracking and analytics.
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, utilizing marketing automation tools for efficiency.
  • Explore opportunities in affiliate marketing for lead generation, including the selection and management of affiliate platforms.

3.Social Media:

  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts using social media management tools.
  • Analyze social media performance through analytics tools and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Run social media adverts to enhance visibility, utilizing targeting and retargeting techniques.
  • Spearhead awareness and lead generation campaigns on social media platforms, utilizing data-driven insights for effectiveness.

4.Coordination with Sales Team:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with overall sales objectives.
  • Provide support in creating sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Communicate regularly with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Adjust digital marketing strategies based on feedback and insights from the sales team.

5.Additional Technical Aspects:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to interpret and act upon website and campaign performance data.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies across various digital marketing channels.
  • Implement CRO techniques to enhance the conversion funnel on the website and in digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with and ability to effectively use a marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 Years experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B lead generation.
  • Basic understanding of sustainable practices and environmental issues.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM, Advts Suits
