Accordion India - Associate – Branding & Marketing

Role Overview:

This role is a part of our global Accordion group. The responsibilities and nature of critical deliverables for this role will be spanning across geographies (currently India, U.S & U.K) with operations based out of our India office in Hyderabad.


The Global Marketing Associate is a highly execution-oriented role within the marketing organization — focused on turning strategy into action through disciplined delivery, content upkeep, data hygiene, and day-to-day operational support. This role is for a doer: someone detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive, who takes pride in maintaining high standards and keeping marketing systems, content, and assets running smoothly.


You will serve as the backbone of marketing execution, working closely with Marketing team members from around the globe to support marketing and growth initiatives through consistent follow-through. Success in this role would ensure marketing content, data, and digital properties are consistently accurate and up to date, marketing tools and repositories are clean, usable, and well maintained, and that nothing “falls through the cracks.”


Content Execution & Maintenance:

Support ongoing execution and upkeep of marketing content across channels, including:

  • Case study organization, maintenance, and publishing – internal and external
  • Bios for new hires and updates for existing team members – internal and external
  • Create, convert, and maintain PowerPoint slides and presentation materials.
  • Ensure all published content is accurate, on-brand, and current.
  • Maintain content libraries and shared repositories for easy access and reuse.
  • Support timely ad-hoc content requests while maintaining ongoing updates.


Website & Digital Property Management:

  • Manage day-to-day website and digital property updates, including content uploads and basic page edits.
  • Support SEO / GEO execution through content updates, tagging, and optimization best practices.
  • Assist with publishing blog posts and thought leadership entries.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across digital touchpoints.
  • Partner to troubleshoot and improve site functionality as needed.


Marketing Operations & AI Enablement Support:

  • Support internal AI-enablement initiatives through strong data hygiene and content entry and organization.
  • Build, maintain, and improve marketing- and BD-related content within internal AI systems and intranet.
  • Support development and upkeep of business development AI agents, partnering with Technology as needed.
  • Support marketing/commercial connectivity.


Campaign & Advertising Support:

  • Stand up initial drafts of marketing ads for review and optimization, including:
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Support campaign execution through asset preparation and coordination.
  • Maintain organized records of campaign materials and versions.


Performance Analysis & Competitive Reporting:

  • Support tracking, reporting, and foundational marketing analytics.
  • Assist with performance reporting across campaigns, website, and content.
  • Help translate data into clear summaries and actionable insights for the team.
  • Conduct competitive research and basic competitive reporting.


Qualification:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong execution mindset — comfortable end-to-end and following through on tasks.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint; comfort creating, converting, and maintaining slides.
  • Experience working with websites, CMS platforms, and digital publishing tool (LinkedIn, Google)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, with an emphasis on written updates/ trackers.
  • Comfort working across tools, systems, and content libraries.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to partner cross-functionally and learn new tools and processes.
