Role Overview:

The growth associate role primarily focuses on the deployment and monitoring of digital assets, such as banners and carousels, using the in-house Content Management Tool. This role ensures a high degree of accuracy and alignment with ongoing promotions and platform branding guidelines. It involves close collaboration with the commercial, growth, design, CRM and social media teams to coordinate day on day offers, marketing events, special promotions and analyze campaign performance. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining seamless customer journeys across all digital touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:

● Working and understanding the local and in house tools to ensure all the banners,

carousel and other web and app assets are deployed and monitored with high degree of

accuracy

● Coordinating with the commercial team for having all relevant information with regards

to day on day offers, deals and Banner Products (what needs to be shown on the banner)

● Champion the consumer through all processes and last touch of all site collateral.

Ensuring the customer journey via all routes is uniform and seamless

● Work closely with the CRM (Customer relationship management) team for planning

Push notification, emailers, Whatsapp and accessing their performance

● Doing the post campaign analysis such as Banner performance, Deals performance etc.

and sharing the insight with other team members and stakeholders

● Maintain detailed documents on all processes, opportunities and KPIs

● Manage, schedule and tracking of site components to align with brand campaigns and


key initiatives

● Collaborate with the Creative and Design Teams to ensure alignment on the creative

direction and implementation of onsite marketing content

● Maintaining a regular and a very high degree of growth processes to ensure creative

executions align with site standards

● Coordinate with the social media team to upload and schedule stories across platforms

such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc

● Proficiency in English is mandatory


Qualifications:

● Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must

● Graduate with 0-3 years of experience with a strong desire and passion for quick

commerce and e-commerce

● A desire to learn new skills and a desire to excel in a challenging environment

● A disciplined way of working with attention to details and zeal to solve problems

● Willingness to coordinate and collaborate with different teams across different time zones

and across different nationalities
