Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who has hands-on experience running paid campaigns and wants deeper exposure across real client accounts. This is a remote, full-time role with direct involvement in live performance campaigns across multiple brands.

This is not a beginner role - you must have already run campaigns independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads (Primary Focus)

• Campaign setup (Conversions, Lead Gen, Sales, Traffic)
• Pixel setup & event tracking
• Audience research & segmentation
• Budget allocation & scaling under supervision
• Creative testing structure (A/B testing)
• Daily performance monitoring
• Reporting insights (not just numbers)

2. Google Ads

• Search campaigns
• Display & remarketing
• Basic keyword research
• Conversion tracking setup
• Negative keyword optimization

3. Performance Optimization

• CPA improvement
• ROAS tracking
• Funnel gap identification
• Suggesting landing page improvements

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Weekly reports
• Performance summaries
• Learning documentation
• Client-ready dashboards (with guidance)

Requirements

• 6 months – 1.5 years of hands-on paid ads experience
• Must have personally managed ad budgets (even small ones)
• Strong understanding of:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads dashboard
• Conversion tracking
• Basic understanding of funnels and customer journey
• Strong ownership mindset (remote discipline is critical)
• Stable internet connection & work setup

Compensation
