Digital marketing Executive

Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns

· Execute and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns

· Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions

· Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages

· Optimize budgets to maximize ROI

· Generate high-quality leads aligned with business goals

2️ Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

· Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies

· Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

· Optimize website content and landing pages for ranking improvement

· Monitor search performance using analytics tools

· Work on backlink strategies and technical SEO improvements

3️ Social Media Marketing (SMO)

· Manage company social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

· Plan and schedule content calendars

· Improve engagement rates and brand visibility

· Monitor analytics and improve organic reach

4️ Website & Landing Page Optimization

· Assist in website updates and content improvements

· Improve lead capture forms and conversion funnels

· Monitor website performance metrics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate)

· Suggest UI/UX improvements for better user engagement

5️ Analytics & Reporting

· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

· Track marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness

· Share insights and improvement recommendations

· Maintain structured documentation of campaigns

· 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing

· Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

· Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals

· Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platforms

· Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Strong coordination and execution capability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
