Role Summary

The Marketing Executive will support the execution of marketing programs across campaigns, digital channels, content, and web operations.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Website Operations & Content Creation

  • Design, update and manage web pages using CMS platforms.
  • Publish landing pages, blogs and campaign content.
  • Monitor website UX/UI, responsiveness, and basic performance metrics
  • Create and update marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all digital assets.


Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube and Reddit.
  • Design & Execute social calendar, support paid and organic campaign execution.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and share performance insights.


Marketing Operations & HubSpot Support

  • Support campaign execution and lead workflows using HubSpot.
  • Assist with campaign setup, list management and basic reporting.
  • Coordinate with SDR teams to ensure campaign driven followups are executed.
  • Maintain trackers, timelines, and execution checklists.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing execution, digital marketing or coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign support and reporting.
  • Handson experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and content tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills for webpages, blogs, and social media.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
