Digital Marketing ExecutiveJob Summary:

Dr Heal Multispeciality Hospital is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage online marketing campaigns, generate quality leads, and strengthen the hospital’s digital presence. The candidate must focus on performance marketing, meet daily TAT (Turnaround Time), and ensure regular follow-ups on leads.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Call campaigns)
  • Generate quality leads for hospital services
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lower CPL

Social Media & Content:

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
  • Create engaging posts, reels, and promotional content
  • Coordinate with design and video team for creatives
  • Maintain consistent brand presence online

Lead Management & Follow-Up:

  • Track and assign leads to calling team
  • Ensure proper follow-up on all digital leads
  • Monitor conversion ratio and improve performance
  • Maintain daily lead and performance reports

SEO & Website:

  • Perform basic SEO activities (on-page optimization, keywords)
  • Update website content when required
  • Monitor website traffic and analytics

Reporting & TAT:

  • Meet daily and weekly marketing targets
  • Submit daily MIS reports on campaigns and leads
  • Ensure timely campaign execution without delay

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Basic understanding of SEO
  • Lead generation & performance marketing experience
  • Analytical skills and data tracking ability
  • Basic graphic/video content understanding preferred

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate (Marketing background preferred)
  • Minimum 1–5 years experience in healthcare/hospital marketing preferred
