Job Description: Senior Interior DesignerExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: Pune and MumbaiKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and execute corporate office interiors for projects ranging from 10,000 sq. ft. up to 5 lakh sq. ft.</li><li>Prepare detailed layout drawings using AutoCAD (no Revit or BIM).</li><li>Develop and present multiple design options as per client requirements.</li><li>Create effective layout and design presentations for clients and internal teams.</li><li>Strong technical and designing skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Handle material selection in line with design, budget, and quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate closely with the 3D design team for design visualization.</li><li>Ensure timely design delivery and smooth coordination with stakeholders.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 8+ years of experience in corporate interior design.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).</li><li>Strong understanding of corporate workspace planning and layouts.</li><li>Good presentation and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of materials, finishes, and specifications.</li><li>Ability to manage large-scale projects independently.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Title: Finance ManagerIndustry: Manufacturing / Retail / Distribution (Non-IT)Experience: 8 to 15 YearsJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to handle day-to-day accounting, accounts receivable, GST compliance, MIS reporting, and financial controls. The candidate should be strong in Tally and Excel and have hands-on experience in managing finance operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage overall accounting and finance operations</li><li>Handle Accounts Receivable: invoicing, collections, ageing analysis, follow-ups</li><li>Ensure timely GST compliance: returns, reconciliations, audits, and notices</li><li>Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review</li><li>Maintain books of accounts in Tally</li><li>Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel</li><li>Monitor cash flow and working capital</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants</li><li>Ensure statutory compliance and accurate financial records</li><li>Support management with financial planning and decision-making</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Tools:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Accounting &amp; Finance</li><li>Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable</li><li>Good working knowledge of GST</li><li>MIS preparation and analysis</li><li>Proficient in Tally</li><li>Strong Excel skills (reports, reconciliation, analysis)</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent</li><li>Relevant experience in Manufacturing / Retail / Distribution industry</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
