Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to handle day-to-day accounting, accounts receivable, GST compliance, MIS reporting, and financial controls. The candidate should be strong in Tally and Excel and have hands-on experience in managing finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall accounting and finance operations
• Handle Accounts Receivable: invoicing, collections, ageing analysis, follow-ups
• Ensure timely GST compliance: returns, reconciliations, audits, and notices
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review
• Maintain books of accounts in Tally
• Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel
• Monitor cash flow and working capital
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants
• Ensure statutory compliance and accurate financial records
• Support management with financial planning and decision-making

Required Skills & Tools:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable
• Good working knowledge of GST
• MIS preparation and analysis
• Proficient in Tally
• Strong Excel skills (reports, reconciliation, analysis)

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Relevant experience in Manufacturing / Retail / Distribution industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
