Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Import/Export &amp; Purchase Manager to handle procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and manage all import/export documentation for our waterproofing chemicals manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of chemical purchasing, port/JNPT procedures, logistics coordination, export documentation, and vendor management.Key Responsibilities1. Import &amp; Export Operations<ul><li>Manage complete import documentation (BOE, HS Codes, LC, BL, COO, Packing List, Invoice).</li><li>Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs officers.</li><li>Monitor shipments, track containers, and ensure timely clearance at JNPT / Nhava Sheva.</li><li>Handle export documentation including AD Code, LUT, RCMC, IEC, shipping bills, DGFT filings, and port operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, and international trade regulations.</li></ul>2. Purchase &amp; Procurement<ul><li>Source and procure raw materials (chemicals, polymers, pigments), packaging materials, solvents, and other items.</li><li>Evaluate vendors&mdash;quality, pricing, lead time, credibility.</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms and finalize purchase orders.</li><li>Maintain minimum stock levels, plan inventory, and avoid production downtime.</li><li>Coordinate with production, QC, and accounts for timely payments and material planning.</li></ul>3. Logistics &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Follow up with transporters for inbound/outbound material.</li><li>Manage freight rates, negotiate logistics contracts, and coordinate documentation.</li><li>Handle insurance claims for transit damage or loss.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
