   Key Responsibilities:

  <li>
   Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to real estate and construction projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate and construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage legal disputes, litigation, and claims related to property transactions, construction contracts, and regulatory issues.
  </li>
  <li>
   Advise senior management on legal risks, business strategies, and regulatory changes affecting real estate and construction.
  </li>
 </ol>

   Qualifications:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ol>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in law (LLB/LLM) with a valid legal practicing license.
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum of 7 - 10 years of legal experience in real estate, construction, or corporate law.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong knowledge of property laws, contract law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to manage multiple projects, provide strategic legal advice, and work with cross-functional teams.
  </li>
