Job Purpose:</b></div><div>
As our Performance Marketing Manager, your mission is to <b>drive the success of our marketing initiatives</b> by managing and optimizing high-impact performance campaigns. You&rsquo;ll use data-backed strategies to increase customer acquisition, maximize ROI, and push our brand to new heights&mdash;especially in key international markets like <b>the US and New Zealand</b>.<br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div><div><b>
Performance Marketing Strategy &amp; Execution:</b></div><ul><li>
Develop and execute robust marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.</li><li>
Optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube Ads) to drive quality traffic and results.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on TikTok advertising initiatives.</li><li>
Run direct-to-consumer marketing to boost sales and brand engagement.</li></ul><div><b>
Regional &amp; Local Market Expertise:</b></div><ul><li>
Manage campaigns across multiple global markets, tailoring strategies to local audiences.</li><li>
Deep focus on US and New Zealand markets&mdash;aligning with cultural trends and compliance.</li></ul><div><b>
Revenue &amp; Sales Alignment:</b></div><ul><li>
Set and achieve revenue goals in collaboration with the Sales team.</li><li>
Ensure marketing plans support broader commercial objectives.</li></ul><div><b>
Campaign Analysis &amp; Optimization:</b></div><ul><li>
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics.</li><li>
Use e-commerce and UX insights to improve website journeys and conversion rates.</li></ul><div><b>
Cross-Functional Contribution:</b></div>

What You Bring:</b></div><div><b>
Education:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master&rsquo;s a plus).</li></ul><div><b>
Work Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (food manufacturing, e-commerce, or agency background preferred).</li><li>
Proven success in <b>Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager</b>, and campaign execution on <b>TikTok &amp; YouTube</b>.</li><li>
Familiarity with international markets and direct-to-consumer strategies.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and an eye for conversion-focused UX.</li></ul><div><b>
Training &amp; Certifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Google Ads Certification.</li><li>
Facebook Blueprint Certification.</li><li>
Google Analytics IQ.</li>
