The Senior Project Manager manages and administers the construction and on-time delivery of commercial projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects. We are looking for top-notch construction management talent to help us deliver on-time, on-spec, and on-budget projects as we rapidly grow. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management.Key ResponsibilitiesJob Cost Management:<ul><li>Review Job Cost Reports to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.</li></ul>Procurement and Contracts:<ul><li>Lead the procurement process, providing necessary information for purchase orders (POs).</li><li>Oversee prime and subcontract agreements to ensure compliance and alignment.</li></ul>Documentation and Reporting:<ul><li>Maintain a structured file system for project documentation and housekeeping.</li><li>Lead the preparation of monthly reports, including:</li><li>Budget updates</li><li>Schedule updates</li><li>RFI, PCI, and submittal logs</li><li>Project pictures</li><li>Narrative summaries</li></ul>Logistics and Equipment:<ul><li>Support the ordering and tracking of equipment rentals, dumpsters, and temporary toilets.</li><li>Assist with billings and releases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.</li></ul>Bidding and Proposals:<ul><li>Lead the sending out of bid packages and oversee the proposal and bidding process.</li><li>Maintain a supporting role for Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals.</li></ul>Project Coordination:<ul><li>Oversee drawing updates and ensure all project documents are current and accessible.</li><li>Conduct OAC meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute them to all relevant stakeholders.</li></ul>Project Control:<ul><li>Manage the PCI log and lead descope and level sheets to ensure project alignment.</li><li>Review change orders with superintendents for entitlement and verify costs related to processing.</li></ul>Bidders Management:<ul><li>Support the bidders list process, requiring owner and superintendent approval.</li><li>Manage subcontractor relationships and conduct regular jobsite coordination meetings.</li><li>Manage client relationships and provide ongoing communication throughout the project.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Experience: 10 years of experience in project management or a similar role.</li><li>Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills; proficiency in project management software and tools.</li></ul>Technology and Software: We are a paperless organization committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology.
