Our mission is to reintroduce sensuality and sophistication through beautifully crafted lacewear that celebrates confidence at every age.We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to lead our online storytelling &mdash; someone who can translate our brand&rsquo;s voice into engaging visuals, influencer partnerships, and community conversations.Role OverviewAs the Social Media Manager, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for end-to-end management of Misslacy&rsquo;s social presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the founder and designer to plan, create, and publish content that reflects our brand identity and connects with our audience. You&rsquo;ll also drive influencer collaborations and manage ad creatives for campaigns.Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management<ul><li>Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals and product launches.</li><li>Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community management across platforms.</li><li>Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.</li></ul>2. Content Development<ul><li>Collaborate with the designer to conceptualize and get posts, stories, and ad creatives developed.</li><li>Write engaging captions and maintain a consistent tone of voice that matches Misslacy&rsquo;s refined, elegant persona.</li><li>Ensure aesthetic and brand consistency across all social assets.</li></ul>3. Influencer &amp; UGC Marketing<ul><li>Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers and creators that align with Misslacy&rsquo;s brand ethos.</li><li>Coordinate product gifting, collaboration briefs, and campaign deliverables.</li><li>Track influencer performance and UGC utilization for social and paid campaigns.</li></ul>4. Paid Campaign Support<ul><li>Work with designer to develop ad visuals and copies for Meta and Pinterest campaigns.</li><li>Coordinate with media buying or performance team to align creative direction with ad strategy.</li></ul>5. Brand Building<ul><li>Maintain a deep understanding of the audience &mdash; women 35+ who appreciate elegance and authenticity.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on social trends and adapt them to fit Misslacy&rsquo;s graceful brand aesthetic.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1-2 years of experience in social media marketing (fashion or lifestyle brand experience preferred).</li><li>Strong sense of aesthetics, tone, and brand storytelling.</li><li>Ability to manage influencer marketing end-to-end.</li><li>Basic understanding of ad creatives, formats, and content optimization.</li><li>Proficiency in using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Notion, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to grow with a premium women&rsquo;s brand redefining elegance in India.</li><li>Collaborative and creative work culture with direct access to brand founders.</li><li>Flexibility in work style (hybrid or remote, depending on fit).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Have you worked for any fashion brand before?
