Our mission is to empower women to feel graceful, confident, and stylish while staying modest and age-appropriate.We focus on visual-first Instagram content &mdash; Reels, carousels, and lifestyle photography &mdash; that inspires, educates, and delights our audience.Role Overview:We are looking for creative, visually-minded part-time content creators to produce high-quality Instagram Reels, lifestyle photos, and carousels.The ideal candidates:<ul><li>Understand fashion for mature women</li><li>Can style, shoot, and edit visually compelling content</li><li>Focus on products as the hero, not personal branding</li></ul>You will work together to execute our monthly content calendar, helping MissLacy maintain a consistent, elegant, and relatable feed.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create Instagram Reels, carousels, and lifestyle photos based on brand briefs.</li><li>Participate in batch shooting days with other creators.</li><li>Style and showcase products authentically &mdash; focus on product, not face.</li><li>Deliver edited content ready for posting on Instagram.</li><li>Suggest creative ideas within the brand guidelines.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female, ideally 30&ndash;50 years old (to authentically represent the target audience).</li><li>Comfortable on camera (partial shots, hands, torso, styling demos).</li><li>Experience creating Instagram Reels and lifestyle content.</li><li>Ability to style outfits/accessories and frame aesthetically pleasing shots.</li><li>Passion for modest, elegant, and age-appropriate fashion.</li><li>Available 10&ndash;15 hours per week for part-time work.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Prior experience with DTC fashion brands or Instagram content creation.</li><li>Owns basic equipment (smartphone with good camera, tripod, ring light).</li><li>Portfolio of Reels or lifestyle imagery showcasing fashion or accessories.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>&#8377;1,500 per Reel (shooting + editing included).</li><li>Opportunity to grow hours/content volume based on performance.</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please mention your age.</li><li>Please mention your past work (IG/YT)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
