We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to lead our online storytelling — someone who can translate our brand’s voice into engaging visuals, influencer partnerships, and community conversations.

Role Overview

As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end management of Misslacy’s social presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms. You’ll work closely with the founder and designer to plan, create, and publish content that reflects our brand identity and connects with our audience. You’ll also drive influencer collaborations and manage ad creatives for campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals and product launches.
  • Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community management across platforms.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.

2. Content Development

  • Collaborate with the designer to conceptualize and get posts, stories, and ad creatives developed.
  • Write engaging captions and maintain a consistent tone of voice that matches Misslacy’s refined, elegant persona.
  • Ensure aesthetic and brand consistency across all social assets.

3. Influencer & UGC Marketing

  • Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers and creators that align with Misslacy’s brand ethos.
  • Coordinate product gifting, collaboration briefs, and campaign deliverables.
  • Track influencer performance and UGC utilization for social and paid campaigns.

4. Paid Campaign Support

  • Work with designer to develop ad visuals and copies for Meta and Pinterest campaigns.
  • Coordinate with media buying or performance team to align creative direction with ad strategy.

5. Brand Building

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the audience — women 35+ who appreciate elegance and authenticity.
  • Stay up-to-date on social trends and adapt them to fit Misslacy’s graceful brand aesthetic.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing (fashion or lifestyle brand experience preferred).
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, tone, and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to manage influencer marketing end-to-end.
  • Basic understanding of ad creatives, formats, and content optimization.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Notion, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
