Location - Cuffe ParadeRole OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Inventory &amp; Logistics Assistant to manage and support day-to-day inventory control, logistics coordination, and order fulfilment. This on-site role is essential to ensuring smooth operations across production, storage, and dispatch.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate inventory records across all products and SKUs</li></ul><ul><li>Track inward and outward movement of stock</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with artisans, vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners</li></ul><ul><li>Manage packing, dispatches, and delivery timelines</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor stock levels and flag shortages or discrepancies</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with quality checks during receiving and dispatch</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain operational documentation (invoices, delivery challans, GRNs)</li></ul><ul><li>Support stock audits and inventory reconciliation</li></ul><ul><li>Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged goods coordination</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years experience in inventory, logistics, or operations (preferred)</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organisational and time-management skills</li></ul><ul><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul><ul><li>Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to coordinate across teams and external partners</li></ul><ul><li>Self-driven and dependable</li></ul><ul><li>Interest in craft, design, or lifestyle brands is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Stable Monday&ndash;Friday work schedule</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on role in a growing design-led brand</li></ul><ul><li>Exposure to artisanal production and lifestyle retail</li></ul><ul><li>Supportive, collaborative work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
