<div>We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a C-Level executive. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires strong business acumen, project coordination skills, and the ability to operate as a strategic partner. The ideal candidate will manage executive operations, streamline workflows, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including help desk process improvements. 
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support<ul><li>Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics</li><li>Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders</li><li>Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups for meetings</li></ul>
Document Management &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>Review, edit, and format executive-level documents, presentations, and communications</li><li>Draft emails, reports, proposals, and internal communications on behalf of the executive</li><li>Ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all documentation</li><li>Maintain organized document repositories and version control</li></ul>
Project Oversight &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Track and manage key initiatives on behalf of the executive</li><li>Coordinate with department leads to ensure project milestones are met</li><li>Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and escalate as needed</li><li>Assist in prioritization and execution of strategic initiatives</li></ul>
Summarization &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Attend meetings and provide concise summaries, action items, and follow-ups</li><li>Create executive dashboards and status reports for ongoing projects</li><li>Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience with project coordination or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion</li></ul>
