Recruitment &amp; Onboarding&middot; Handle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse staff (pickers, packers, loaders, supervisors, etc.).&middot; Coordinate with agencies/vendors for manpower hiring.&middot; Conduct joining formalities, documentation, and induction for new employees.2. Attendance &amp; Payroll Management&middot; Maintain employee attendance records (biometric/manual).&middot; Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing.&middot; Handle salary-related queries and resolve discrepancies.3. Employee Engagement &amp; Welfare&middot; Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.&middot; Address employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.&middot; Ensure safe and healthy working conditions as per labour laws.4.
