Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies</li><li>
Develop and implement unit goals, objectives, and policies in collaboration with the Director of Nursing</li><li>
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including orientation, training, and performance evaluations</li><li>
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans</li><li>
Conduct quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff development</li><li>
Develop and manage unit budgets and resources</li><li>
Maintain accurate and detailed records of unit activities and patient care</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan</li><li>
Strong leadership and management skills</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li></ul>
