We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Class B Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team. This position involves delivering and servicing roll-off containers for construction, commercial, and residential customers. Drivers are home daily and work a consistent Monday&ndash;Friday schedule.Roll-off experience is preferred but not required &mdash; we are willing to train the right candidate with strong driving experience and a good work ethic.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Safely operate a roll-off truck to deliver and pick up containers</li><li>Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections</li><li>Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers</li><li>Secure containers properly before transport</li><li>Keep equipment clean and in good working condition</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid CDL Class B license</li><li>Minimum 3 years CDL driving experience</li><li>Clean 7-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)</li><li>Ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical</li><li>Dependable with strong attendance record</li><li>Ability to work in varying weather and job site conditions</li><li>Good customer service skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous roll-off or waste industry experience</li><li>Experience operating manual transmissions (if applicable)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Hampton, GA 30228 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
